Our Knowledge Management Practice Team is responsible for activities such as information acquisition and sharing, identifying the training needs of our employees, designing and conducting training programs to help our workforce stay au courant with the most recent trends in the industry.
This unit keeps track of latest developments in the fields of technology and human resource, and talent drifts, talent availability, and compensation structures and revisions.
We maintain close relationships with all our clients and also with the candidates throughout all phases of our assignments. Our Relationship Management Practice Team maintains close contacts with our clients through regular discussions and client satisfaction surveys. We value the feedback and also performance evaluations from our clients to continually enhance our service processes. Our Relationship Management Practice spends time with our candidates understanding their reasons for a change in the present job, so that we are better able to match their interests and career aspirations with the positions in our client companies. We also build a close, long-term personal relationship with our candidates through personal meetings, unbiased career counseling, organizing career seminars on regular basis and helping them in every walk of their career.
